Chứng minh thư Lãnh sự danh dự có được gia hạn không? Trình tự thủ tục gia hạn chứng minh thư Lãnh sự danh dự như nào?
Chào Ban biên tập, em có thắc mắc này muốn được giải đáp ạ. Bố em hiện tại đang là Lãnh sự tại lãnh sự quán và bố em có một chứng minh thư. Em có một thắc mắc là những thứ như visa, passport phải gia hạn thì chứng minh

a) A non-project proposal;
b) A written agreement on the provision of aid by the aid donor;
c) The non-project aid document, which is
copy of the registration certificate issued by the Vietnamese competent authority;
For individual aid donors: submit a certified true copy of the passport;
For other aid donors: submit certified true copies of the organization's legal status.
What documents are included in a non-project file in management and use of aid in Vietnam
